Your Right to Erasure

Under Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data when:

  • The data is no longer necessary for the original purpose.
  • You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis.
  • You object to the processing of your personal data.
  • The data has been processed unlawfully.
  • The data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation.

When You Can Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data when:

  • Business contact data is no longer relevant to the activity.
  • You wish to withdraw consent for newsletters or marketing communications.
  • You believe the data was collected or processed improperly.
  • You have ended the business relationship with OMNI®.

Exceptions to the Right of Erasure

The right to erasure does not apply when processing is necessary for:

  • Exercising the right of freedom of expression and information.
  • Complying with a legal obligation requiring processing by EU or national law.
  • Public interest reasons in the area of public health.
  • Archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research.
  • Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
